This is a NEW Factory Correct Kuwahara “HEAD TUBE” Decal Sticker   for the Head Tube of your vintage old school Kuwahara  BMX.  These came stock on all late 1983 to early 1986 Kuwahara KZ-1, KZ-2, KYZ, KM-1 Mini, Nova, Super Nova, Laserlite, Survivor, and 24″ Cruiser models.
