This is a NEW Factory Correct Kuwahara “HEAD TUBE” Decal Sticker   for the Head Tube of your vintage old school Kuwahara  BMX.  These came stock on all late 1980 to mid 1983 Kuwahara KZ-1, KZ-2, KYZ, KM-1 Mini, Laserlite, Survivor, and 24″ Cruiser models.
